Responsible for all operational issues of the Stockbridge center which had a staff of 3 full time Directors, 30 part time teachers, and 5 support staff. The Center had a client base of 120 students representing 8 public school systems, as well as private and home schools. A large percentage of the students had been diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities. Duties of the Center Director included: meeting with prospective clients to assess testing needs; conducting diagnostic assessments; meeting with parents to explain test results and appropriate instructional program; meeting with teachers to discuss current students progress; serving as a resource to parents with questions about IEPs, ADHD, and learning disabilities; attending IEP meetings; counseling parents with concerns about retention; ensuring compliance with corporate policies; staff selection and training; meeting revenue goals through sales of programs; client satisfaction; public relations. The Stockbridge center was nominated for Outstanding New Center in 1998.

Taught a variety of Psychology courses to undergraduate students, including nursing students enrolled at Ga Baptist School of Nursing. Courses included Introductory Psychology, Foundations of Psychology (for health professionals) and Psychology of Work(for Psychology and Management majors). Also assisted teaching a course in Research Methods in Experimental Psychology.
